I am so tired that I can't remember, but I think this is my best career day ever. I did 10 colors today and 20 cuts at least. I worked from 6:30a.m. to 8:00p.m. and did it without an assistant. Everyone loved their hair today and I should let you know that BIG HAIR IS BACK! Some of the new favorite looks are Samantha Who and Sugarlands' Jennifer Nettles. One of my co workers also had her personal best week ever.
When I got home, my sweet Brody got up out of bed and came to hug me. He is petting his service dog Millo now and he showed me how good he could do it. We went back into his room and he turned his light off and got in bed. Brody has had a great transition weekend as he won't go back to school until January 6th.
His baby sitter's husband lost his job today if you could pray for their family. Tough times are ahead and we are pushing forward one day at a time. I had her work extra tonight so Christmas would be better for her family. Bubba is doing great with his jewelry and that makes a huge difference.
Ian and Atlee are waiting for me to come to bed. Have a great weekend.

so many folks are getting laid off in such tumultous times...it's so sad. Do boss' not think about families and holidays anymore :(. So glad that you were able to extend a little bit of help...I'm sure it meant the world to her to work extra with Brody :). You rock.
So is Brody tactile defensive?? It made me think that when you mentioned him petting the dog. Matt dealt a lot with this and now pets his favorite pups pretty well. I call it air petting cuz he just skims the surface of their fur but it works for him and our dogs...lol.
Brody is very tactile defensive and also is a gagger. We are doing great with it though.
Thanks for the compliment.
